Flame
cutting tubes light with a spark and are ideal for
repair and maintenance when cutting, gouging and
piercing are important. One flame tube can remove
a linear foot of weld in 8 seconds. The same tube
can pierce a hole through 4” plate in four
seconds. Cut a muffler bracket or lop off a 12”
bucket hook due to an incredible range of power.
They burn through rust, scale, paint, slag and even
concrete lined pipe.
Our
newly patented arc cutting rods were developed for
scrap, dismantling and salvage operations where
long cuts were encountered. A single arc rod can
last up to 20 minutes of cutting using an AC or
DC welding machine for impetus. Our tests cut a
linear foot of 1 1/2” plate in 20 seconds
using less than a 1/4” of cutting rod. Consider
the cost advantages in having a torch that run both
consumables without modification. |
